The Favs from April

As it's now the beginning of May, I felt the need to highlight a few of my favorite things from thie past month of April.

Music: Josh Turner. Holy cow. Can you say HUNK? Not only does he have a rockin' bod but an amazing country voice.. I'm getting into country season because the warm weather and the ability to drive with my windows down! The Josh Turner Pandora station is definitely a favorite while I'm at home and especially in my store!

Food: Beto's 

Steak breakfast burrito with lots of ketchup.. easy on the taters. YES! Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner and especially late night snacks. The only problem is everyone else is on the same page at 2:00 a.m. so there is ALWAYS a line.    

I also suggest the classic bean burrito and carne asada. 

Shoes: Nike 3.0 

This past April I've worn Nikes more than I ever have in my life. Between finals week, group project meetings and work my feet get DOMINATED! So.. I discovered Nike 3.0s. 

Make up: My very favorite product I used in April was the Rimmel Extra Wow Lash Mascara. It's one of the cheapest at the drugstore and it's the best drugstore mascara I've EVER had. 

Hair: Because I have very very long hair, I have to take extra good care of it to keep it looking healthy. In April I used the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle deep conditioner. It seriously works miracles and smells amazing. I used it once a week and just left it in while I shaved my legs and that was the perfect amount of time. It can be purchased at any drug store. Aussie is one of my favorite brands for hair product because everything works and smells devine. 

Feeding my shopping addiction: Every month I usually love to shop at one specific store due to my mood and of course my funds. Last month, I shopped the heck out of TJ Maxx. I am obsessed with their home section and the dresses. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday they get new shipments and it's most likely out on the shelves by 5 p.m. Just a tip for all those fellow TJ Maxx shoppers. 

TV: Last months Netflix fav was the drama filled Gossip Girl. I've been on that series for a while now. It's so good. I love having my one and only way in the scandalous lives of Manhattan's elite. XOXO Gossip Girl.
